Who the hell are these people?
The GMB Posse is made up of people around the world who are learning to expect more from staying healthy than three sets of ten.
Our company began as three dudes just trying to find a better way.
After spending years doing personal training and teaching yoga and martial arts, we came to conclusion that what most people really want has nothing to do with six pack abs or lifting heavy stuff.
Most people just want to have some control over their bodies.
So we set out to design a curriculum around teaching body control: balance, agility, mobility, and yes, strength.
Collectively, we’ve taught tens of thousands of people around the world through our courses, coaching, and live seminars. With backgrounds in physical therapy, education, and personal training, we not only know how to get results, but we can teach you how to get them safely and consistently.
