GMB programs are designed to be accessible to “regular people” (meaning people who might not necessarily be athletes), but the advanced levels are definitely going to be a a challenge, even if you’re already pretty strong.


Choosing the Right Program for You: Program Goals and Strength Prerequisites

Our programs are designed to provide a series of progressive strength and skill challenges that increase at your individual pace. Each program is a cycle of 3 to 6 months of training and includes everything you need to keep making progress without injury or burnout.
